Program Development Specialist
Job Summary
To support the High School Exchange USA team, the temporary remote Program Development Specialist will develop and implement strategies to increase placements by Local Coordinators, collaborating with team members and the Regional Placement Manager to identify target school districts and host family leads.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Regional Placement Manager in creating outreach strategies to boost placements
- Collaborate with team members to outline and implement effective strategies
- Develop and deliver innovative outreach initiatives based on team needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent
- Sales experience in lead generation and conversion preferred
- Grassroots marketing experience is a plus
- Ability to manage high-volume goals within tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with CRM databases, preferably Salesforce
