Job Summary
Assisting with the development and monitoring of military and veteran-related programs, the full-time Program Development Specialist II will engage with public and private organizations, prepare funding applications, and generate reports to support the Vets4Warriors program, with the possibility of a fully remote work arrangement.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare research and documentation for funding applications from public and private sources
- Establish and maintain relationships with community organizations and institutions to promote program goals
- Analyze and implement strategies for the cultivation and solicitation of development prospects
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree plus two years of experience in program development, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Demonstrated ability to conduct research and prepare comprehensive reports
- Familiarity with current trends in mobile and social media
- DD214 form or official documentation verifying military service required for applicants with military experience
- Equivalent experience, education, or training may substitute for educational requirements
