Program Director

Job Summary

To ensure seamless execution and governance of clinical trial programs, the remote Program Director will oversee assigned customer programs, manage cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement while serving as a senior point of contact for customers and strategic partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for assigned accounts to enhance project execution and relationship growth
• Manage program execution by coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project excellence and risk management
• Lead process improvement initiatives and oversee the performance of Program Managers and Project Managers within the assigned team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• Minimum 7 years of clinical trials industry experience or equivalent combination of education/training/experience
• PMP certification preferred
• Proven ability to establish effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in solving complex problems in a cross-functional environment
