Program Director

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership for a complex federal digital services program, the full-time remote Program Director will manage operational performance, customer relationships, and multidisciplinary teams while ensuring successful delivery across multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee program scope, schedule, budget, staffing, risks, and overall performance to ensure successful delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for senior government stakeholders, fostering strong customer relationships through proactive communication
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, promoting a collaborative and high-performing environment focused on continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience leading complex technology programs or digital services initiatives
• Demonstrated experience managing relationships with senior government customers in a client-facing leadership role
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and modern software delivery practices
• Must currently hold, or have recently held, a Level 5 Public Trust background clearance
