Program Director

Job Summary

Overseeing budgets, resources, and vendor relationships, the remote Program Director will drive alignment between business objectives and technical execution while serving as a senior liaison to stakeholders and ensuring program outcomes meet quality and performance expectations.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the client's advocate and manage overall Profit & Loss for assigned accounts
• Build and maintain trusted senior customer relationships to support their business and IT objectives
• Lead the planning process for growth alongside sales and customer-facing functions through coaching and mentoring

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
• 8+ years of experience in business strategy, with 5+ years in a Managed Services Organization
• 5+ years of financial acumen in forecasting and managing Profit & Loss in a managed services environment
• Proven leadership experience with a focus on achieving personal and team goals
• Strong strategic and tactical account management skills
