Job Summary

To support the mission of Spiritual Multiplication, the remote Program Director will manage key projects and administrative tasks while collaborating closely with Area leadership to enhance productivity and focus on campus initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate Divine Intimacy and support Critical Success Factors
• Manage administration and special projects, ensuring effective communication with Team Directors and Missionaries
• Oversee financial stewardship and reporting to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Strong collaborative and administrative skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Proven project management experience with the ability to meet deadlines for multiple projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet
• Ability to prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
