Program Director, Educational Psychology

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership and instructional excellence, the full-time salaried Program Director, Educational Psychology will oversee the administration of the fully online graduate program, manage academic scheduling, and teach graduate-level courses while supporting the Christian mission of the university.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day administration of the Educational Psychology program and its specialized concentrations, ensuring compliance with academic policies and accreditation standards
• Teach graduate-level courses and collaborate with instructional designers to enhance online pedagogy and course quality
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate adjunct faculty while providing academic and career advising to graduate students

Required qualifications

• Earned Doctorate (Ph.D. or Ed.D.) in Educational Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or a closely related field
• Demonstrated experience in higher education program coordination or academic leadership
• Proven track record of high-quality graduate-level teaching or course development in an online format
• Deep understanding of best practices in online pedagogy and experience with Learning Management Systems
• Commitment to the mission and purpose of the university, including the ability to integrate a Christian worldview into teaching and mentorship
