Job Summary
Providing strategic leadership and instructional excellence, the full-time salaried Program Director, Educational Psychology will oversee the administration of the fully online graduate program, manage academic scheduling, and teach graduate-level courses while supporting the Christian mission of the university.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day administration of the Educational Psychology program and its specialized concentrations, ensuring compliance with academic policies and accreditation standards
- Teach graduate-level courses and collaborate with instructional designers to enhance online pedagogy and course quality
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate adjunct faculty while providing academic and career advising to graduate students
Required qualifications
- Earned Doctorate (Ph.D. or Ed.D.) in Educational Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or a closely related field
- Demonstrated experience in higher education program coordination or academic leadership
- Proven track record of high-quality graduate-level teaching or course development in an online format
- Deep understanding of best practices in online pedagogy and experience with Learning Management Systems
- Commitment to the mission and purpose of the university, including the ability to integrate a Christian worldview into teaching and mentorship
