Program Director, Enterprise Fine-Tuning

Job Summary

Owning and scaling the execution of Enterprise fine-tuning projects, the full-time remote Program Director, Enterprise Fine-Tuning will manage client engagements, oversee project delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth through exceptional outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Run discovery sessions with clients, including stakeholder interviews and business case development, to scope and deliver engagements end to end
• Take ownership of active client projects, managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder communications
• Navigate enterprise procurement and IT processes while translating between client needs and internal data and machine learning teams

Required qualifications

• Strong consulting experience with a proven record of hands-on client delivery
• Working technical fluency in large language models (LLMs) and fine-tuning processes
• Product and process management skills with the ability to structure and drive ambiguous problems to completion
• Experience working with large enterprises, including their procurement processes and IT infrastructure
• STEM background preferred
