Job Summary

Driving the success of key federal partnerships, the full-time Program Director, Federal will manage cross-functional alignment, oversee program operations, and ensure accountability for outcomes in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure alignment across internal teams contributing to the federal program while grounding priorities in the mission to serve clinicians and patients
• Design and maintain the operating cadence for the federal program, including status reporting and strategic communication with stakeholders
• Build and manage strong relationships with federal stakeholders, translating their needs into internal priorities and ensuring effective service delivery

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in program or operations leadership, with experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and the challenges faced by clinicians and healthcare organizations
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences from executives to federal stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to drive alignment and accountability across cross-functional teams
• Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to problem-solving in complex projects
