Job Summary
To lead complex AI and automation initiatives, the full-time Program Director of Automation will manage client relationships, oversee program delivery, and guide service delivery teams in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program delivery across a portfolio of AI and automation engagements, managing scope, timelines, and resource allocation
- Advise on best practice technical setup and strategy for automation platforms and AI applications
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and support sales in defining new initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Program Director or in a similar position
- 4+ years of experience in client service or account management
- 4+ years of experience in designing scalable automation and AI solutions using platforms like UiPath or Automation Anywhere
- Demonstrated experience in healthcare operations (7+ years)
