Program Director of Mentoring

Job Summary

To support the launch of a virtual mentoring pilot, the full-time Program Director of Virtual Mentoring will manage corporate partnerships, mentor training, and program assessment, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the activation of virtual mentoring partnerships and ensure successful implementation of corporate commitments
• Coordinate mentor training and provide ongoing support to ensure a high-quality mentor experience
• Track program performance using data to inform improvements and develop recommendations for future scaling

Required qualifications

• Proven success in building or launching new programs or initiatives from concept to implementation
• Experience managing corporate partnerships, volunteer recruitment, or audience growth initiatives
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data to assess program performance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
