Program Director, Theological Studies

Job Summary

Leading the MA in Theological Studies program, the full-time Faculty/Program Director will manage graduate-level theology programs and undergraduate courses, ensuring alignment with accreditation standards while teaching online coursework to adult students remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure an exceptional learning experience for students in the School of Biblical & Theological Studies
• Continuously assess and improve program content, instructor performance, and overall program effectiveness
• Oversee the development of course materials and collaborate with faculty to enhance student engagement and success

Required qualifications

• Doctoral degree (PhD) in a theological discipline is required
• Three years of full-time or equivalent experience in higher education
• Experience teaching adults through online learning management systems
• Demonstrated leadership experience in program administration or academic management
• Commitment to the Christian faith and alignment with the university's mission and values
