Program Enablement Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting the revenue teams remotely, the full-time Program Enablement Specialist will coordinate onboarding and development programs, manage resources, and ensure effective training implementation.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate enablement sessions, including schedules, materials, and follow-up communications
- Manage daily operations of role-specific onboarding, including checklists and feedback
- Maintain and update program materials and content in collaboration with subject matter experts
Required qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in coordinating onboarding, enablement, or training programs, preferably in sales or customer success
- Proven ability to manage program rollouts and track results
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience with CRM or learning management systems; familiarity with WorkRamp, Yoodli, or Gong is a plus
- Clear writing and communication skills, with an ability to simplify information for users
