Program Engagement Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting member engagement initiatives, the full-time remote Program Engagement Specialist will coordinate AAHCI activities, manage virtual programs, and assist with communications to enhance member connections and program delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, track, and evaluate AAHCI program initiatives connecting member institutions
- Manage virtual community activities, including webinars and roundtables, ensuring smooth execution and participant engagement
- Support member communications, including newsletter production, outreach activities, and social media content coordination
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in health systems administration, public health, global affairs, business, or a related field
- 1 - 2 years of related work experience
- Experience working in a member association (preferred)
- International experience (preferred)
- Remote work eligibility within the contiguous United States, excluding California, Massachusetts, New York, and Oregon
