Program Finance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting finance for significant contracts in national defense, the full-time remote Program Finance Analyst 3 will manage program performance support, reporting, and financial analysis to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within budget using Earned Value Management principles.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate metrics on schedule and cost performance utilizing Earned Value Management processes
• Analyze and report on performance variances to budget, assisting with recovery plans as needed
• Ensure timely completion of the Estimate at Complete (EAC) process and provide financial data inputs for Program Management Reviews

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant discipline; Master's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of analyst or related experience, with proven expertise in Earned Value Management Systems
• Knowledge of program financial controls with DoD programs and relevant federal acquisition regulations
• Familiarity with different contract types (FFP, FPIF, CPFF, CPIF, T&M)
• Current in scope Secret security clearance required
