Job Summary
Driving program management across the Value Creation Office and leading the Integration Management Office, the full-time remote VCO / IMO Lead will ensure value creation projects and post-close integrations are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while supporting the company's growth through acquisitions.
Key responsibilities
- Establish a consistent program management framework for VCO and IMO initiatives
- Develop a scalable IMO operating model and integration playbook to support acquisition strategies
- Lead end-to-end integrations and deliver value creation projects and milestones effectively
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in complex program management and/or M&A integration initiatives
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects aligned with strategic business goals
- Experience leading or establishing an Integration Management Office in a serial acquirer or PE-backed environment
- Demonstrated ability to support M&A transactions from diligence through post-close integration
- Experience in developing high-performing project management and integration teams
