Program Management Director

Job Summary

Leading strategic vendor partner and customer programs, the remote Program Management Director will develop and implement enterprise solutions in payment networks and transaction processing while collaborating with various stakeholders and serving as the primary interface for external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and support enterprise hardware, software, payment, and network solutions aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and senior leadership to drive program success
• Deliver program updates and strategic recommendations to Senior Management and the FCTI Board

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five or more years of relevant experience in ATMs, payments, or financial technology
• Deep knowledge of payment networks and transaction processing
• Experience in the Banking or Financial industry is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects
• High level of integrity and good judgment in handling confidential information
