Program Management Director

Job Summary

Managing program deliverables remotely, the full-time salaried Program Management Director will oversee project plans, facilitate stakeholder meetings, and ensure alignment across teams while continuously improving program templates and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously improve end-to-end program templates and plans for key office locations in support of clients' Workplace Strategy
• Manage program routines, reporting/dashboards, and escalation procedures while partnering with stakeholders for smooth execution
• Act as Program Manager, providing guidance and support for major projects, monitoring risks, and facilitating team meetings

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in program management or similar roles
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Experience in managing multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously
• Familiarity with workplace strategy and construction management processes
