Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems engineering, electrical engineering, MIS, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in technical or product program management with a proven track record in high-tech operations
- 4+ years of people management experience, including managing managers or leading a multi-team organization
- Demonstrated ownership of a multi-year strategy or portfolio, including prioritization and trade-off decisions
- Experience influencing and negotiating with executive cross-functional leadership across engineering and operations
