Program Manager
Job Summary
Leading the delivery of Army Finance modernization initiatives, the remote Program Manager will coordinate stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams, manage schedules and budgets, and oversee the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead program mobilization, governance, and integrated delivery planning
- Maintain schedules, budgets, risks, and change control aligned with capability milestones
- Oversee deliverable quality and coordinate Agile planning and progress reviews
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in IT program or project delivery, with 3+ years in leading complex, multi-team enterprise implementations
- Experience managing federal customer relationships and outcome-based deliverables
- Demonstrated experience in delivering ERP or financial-system modernization programs
- Ability to integrate security, migration, testing, and deployment dependencies into program plans
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, information systems, engineering, or a related field
