Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading a high-impact, multi-year business transformation initiative, the full-time remote Program Manager will oversee complex cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy and successful delivery while managing dependencies, risks, and vendor coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive business cases and Cost Benefit Analyses (CBA) to maximize ROI across the program of projects
• Establish and execute a governance framework to optimize resources and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery
• Collaborate with Program Sponsors to maintain project and program roadmaps that align with business strategy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• PMP and PgMP designations from the Project Management Institute strongly preferred
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in program and project management
• Extensive knowledge of various project management methodologies and tools
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps platform strongly preferred
