Job Summary
Driving complex RCA Next migrations and multi-solution platform deployments, the remote Enterprise Program Manager will manage end-to-end delivery orchestration, ensuring alignment across various teams while proactively addressing risks and execution barriers.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery orchestration for complex RCA Next migrations and multi-solution platform implementations
- Build and manage integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and cross-functional dependencies
- Provide clear and consistent delivery status reporting, including customer-facing progress updates
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience leading complex SaaS, data platform, or enterprise software implementation programs
- Proven success managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder delivery initiatives across cross-functional teams
- Strong program management expertise, including dependency management and risk mitigation
- Healthcare, revenue cycle, financial systems, and/or hospital operations experience preferred
