Job Summary

Leading programmatic execution and customer coordination for the Department of Veterans Affairs, the full-time remote Program Manager will manage a diverse portfolio of IT support services, ensuring effective performance across multiple product lines and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall task order execution and integrated management across program, product, technical, and financial activities
• Serve as the primary contractor point of contact for programmatic issues, coordinating with government stakeholders
• Develop and execute the Contractor Project Management Plan, including timelines, staffing plans, and risk management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Associates + 4 years or 8 years without a degree)
• 8 years of experience managing contract performance across various IT program functions
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in program and product management
• Strong knowledge of Agile and hybrid delivery environments
• Experience with federal IT governance and managing customer-facing program reviews
