Job Summary

Overseeing the delivery health across multiple client portfolios, the full-time remote Program Manager will manage client relationships, drive consistency in project execution, and address delivery risks to ensure successful outcomes in clinical studies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee delivery health and maintain visibility across assigned client portfolios and clinical studies
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships, translating client needs into actionable plans for project teams
• Identify and manage delivery risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues affecting client satisfaction and project performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 4-8 years of relevant experience in pharmaceuticals, clinical research, or a related client-facing project environment
• Demonstrated experience managing complex client relationships across multiple projects
• Knowledge of the drug development process, with a preference for experience in eCOA or clinical study delivery
• Proactive and adaptable, with strong organizational and stakeholder-management skills
