Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the successful operation of cohort trainings, the full-time remote Program Manager will manage the delivery lifecycle, ensure client satisfaction, and facilitate student onboarding and communications.

Key responsibilities

• Execute delivery of a portfolio of cohort trainings through all lifecycle phases, ensuring alignment with client needs
• Monitor student attendance and performance, providing necessary support and communications throughout the delivery
• Facilitate cohort ceremonies and maintain effective collaboration with instructors and students to ensure a smooth learning environment

Required qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Google Office Suite
• Ability to clear a required background check
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed
