Program Manager

Job Summary

To enhance program efficiency and service levels, the full-time remote Program Manager III will lead multiple concurrent projects, monitor performance, and develop strategies for improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance through enhanced operations
• Manage multiple projects through the full project life cycle, including requirements gathering, resource management, and project execution
• Provide leadership and communicate project status to stakeholders, including executive summaries and presentations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of project implementation, product, or program management experience
• Experience in managed care or prescription benefit management preferred
• Proficiency with project management tools and techniques
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
