Job Summary

Overseeing a major global datacenter client, the remote Global Clients Americas Program Manager will manage an annual security services account valued at approximately $40M, focusing on strategy execution, service delivery, and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring high-quality service delivery across all datacenter locations
• Hold full P&L ownership for the account, analyzing operational and financial data to drive performance and contract compliance
• Lead Security Risk Reviews and global safety programs, coordinating special events or emergency coverage as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, security management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Professional certifications in security or risk management (e.g., CPP, PSP) are a plus
• Strong understanding of contract security operations and risk assessment methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and drive performance improvements across a large portfolio
• Experience managing large, complex, or global client accounts in the security or related services industry
