Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading a multidisciplinary team to support federal digital modernization efforts, the full-time remote Program Manager will ensure overall delivery success, manage client relationships with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and oversee program operations including staffing and financial management.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for contract delivery, quality, and stakeholder communication across all program workstreams
• Own the relationship with the VA client, serving as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders
• Manage staffing, financial performance, and compliance for the program, proactively identifying and mitigating risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience managing federal IT or digital services programs, preferably within the VA or other civilian agencies
• Demonstrated experience leading large, complex, multi-stakeholder programs with direct ownership of a client relationship
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition, governance, and compliance fundamentals
• Experience managing program financials (margin, utilization, burn) as prime with subcontractors
