Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading cross-departmental initiatives, the full-time remote Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs while providing executive-level reporting to stakeholders and supporting the Business Operations PMO as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-priority programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives
• Manage programs across multiple departments, coordinating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, and budgets, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8+ years of experience in project and program management, including managing complex, cross-departmental programs
• Demonstrated experience delivering executive-level reporting to senior leadership
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across different departments and subject-matter areas
• Strong track record of delivering programs on time, on budget, and to expected scope and quality
