Program Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing contracts and financial processes for the Quality Service Review program, the full-time remote Program Manager will manage grant funding, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide leadership in fiscal activities related to behavioral health and child welfare service systems.

Key responsibilities

• Direct fiscal oversight and administration of grant-funded programs, ensuring compliance with university, state, and federal policies
• Manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and prepare financial reports while assisting with proposal writing for additional funding
• Supervise personnel, including training, performance evaluation, and problem resolution to enhance productivity

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree with 7 years of relevant experience or Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of contracts and grants preparation and management
• Experience in fiscal planning, tracking, and implementation
• Ability to develop and maintain recordkeeping systems and procedures
• Experience in supervising and training employees, including organizing and prioritizing work assignments
