Program Manager
Job Summary
To support the Department of Veterans Affairs Health Portfolio, the full-time remote Program Manager will oversee project management activities, ensuring adherence to Federal and VA standards while managing schedules, budgets, and client relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of fast-paced projects, including schedules, milestones, deliverables, and budgets
- Conduct meetings and presentations related to product lifecycle phases, ensuring program goals are met
- Serve as a liaison to business and technical stakeholders, addressing complex project-related issues and solutions
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 15 years of relevant experience, or 10 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Strong technical and business understanding of agile development methodologies
- Experience with cloud environments (MS Azure, AWS) and system migration
- Familiarity with VA approved governance models and IT compliance regulations
- Proven analytical skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical personnel
