Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing a centralized support team remotely, the full-time Program Manager will oversee small to medium cross-functional projects within the myBuy/Coupa program, collaborating with Finance, Procurement, and FM Operations to enhance program effectiveness and drive process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision, training, and performance evaluations for team members
• Coordinate daily activities, establish work schedules, and mentor staff to ensure project deadlines are met
• Oversee cross-functional projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely issue resolution and effective stakeholder management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; PgMP or PMP certifications preferred
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Word
• Strong organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset
• Ability to analyze information and exercise judgment in decision-making
