Job Summary

Supporting the Senior Program Manager, the full-time remote Program Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of Studio Z's creative portfolio, managing project timelines, communications, and logistics to ensure high-quality delivery across various campaign deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed project schedules and status reports, leading regular status meetings to communicate updates
• Develop project plans and briefing documents in collaboration with the Account team to outline deliverables and milestones
• Facilitate communication among team members, ensuring deadlines are met and organizing internal reviews and debriefs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of program management, creative operations, or campaign production experience
• Experience working with creative teams, including designers and copywriters
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with project management tools is a plus
• Curiosity about AI and emerging tools to enhance workflow efficiency
