Job Summary
To support a large-scale client onboarding transformation initiative, the temporary Strategic PMO Lead / Program Manager will drive program governance, executive reporting, and cross-functional coordination while working remotely for a 6-month project with potential extension.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive program governance, planning, and executive reporting
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and external partners
- Manage program roadmaps, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Program Management, PMO, or Business Transformation experience
- Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to drive accountability across multiple workstreams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
