Program Manager
Job Summary
To lead a high-profile public-facing CMS engagement, the full-time remote Program Manager will manage program execution, stakeholder engagement, Agile delivery, and platform modernization while overseeing cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for CMS stakeholders and provide overall program leadership
- Lead program strategy, execution, delivery management, and contract performance
- Manage Agile product delivery, including sprint planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Management, Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of program or project management experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting open data initiatives
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working directly with CMS programs or related healthcare data initiatives
- Experience managing and leading cross-functional teams of 15-25 personnel
