Job Summary
Providing technical and lifecycle support for U.S. Navy Electromagnetic Warfare systems, the full-time remote Program Manager I will oversee complex programs, manage resources, and ensure successful execution of projects while optimizing system readiness and performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide planning, direction, and leadership for major programs and technology initiatives
- Manage multi-year programs, defining objectives, priorities, and organizational approaches
- Establish and control program budgets, schedules, and performance objectives throughout the lifecycle
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in managing complex programs and projects
- Ability to coordinate and negotiate with various stakeholders
- Familiarity with logistics, data science, and engineering principles
