Program Manager
Job Summary
To drive enterprise-wide digital transformation, the full-time Program Manager will lead a high-visibility, customer-facing modernization initiative focused on SAP and Salesforce programs while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex projects, including scope, schedule, budget management, and vendor coordination
- Develop and manage the strategic roadmap for retiring SAP CRM and implementing customer self-service experiences
- Facilitate communication between technical and business teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and objectives
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of Program or Project Management experience with enterprise-scale initiatives
- Proven success in delivering customer-facing digital products and platforms
- Strong understanding of enterprise CRM and ERP ecosystems, particularly SAP and Salesforce
- Experience leading modernization and transformation programs involving data migration
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred
