Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing client engagements from inception to completion, the full-time remote Program Manager will oversee information security initiatives, maintain program health throughout the lifecycle, and build trusting relationships with clients while ensuring timely project completion.

Key responsibilities

• Drive program and engagement progress across multiple client engagements, ensuring effective resource utilization and timely completion
• Develop strategic program management delivery plans, including schedules, risk management, and resource analysis
• Act as the single point of contact for clients throughout the engagement lifecycle, addressing concerns and managing issues proactively

Required qualifications

• BA or BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in a client-facing Program, Project, or PMO role within a professional services organization, focusing on information security
• Demonstrated expertise in managing cross-capability engagements across multiple clients
• Expert-level experience with Program Management methodologies, best practices, and tools
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently with limited supervision
