Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the joint Enterprise Agreement program, the full-time Contract Program Manager will own the target account list, drive deliverables and milestones to closure, and coordinate enablement across Client and Partner teams in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the joint Client and Partner target account list, ensuring ongoing updates and prioritization
• Build and manage the program plan, defining owners, milestones, and status updates for the broader program team
• Track deliverables and action items across teams, proactively driving workstreams to timely closure

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
• 3 or more years of program or project management experience within the technology industry
• Experience coordinating initiatives across multiple organizations or partner companies
• Working knowledge of enterprise sales motions; experience with channel or partner programs is a plus
• Strong command of tracking and reporting tools, with advanced spreadsheet and presentation skills
