Program Manager
Job Summary
To support client customers in a remote capacity, the full-time Program Manager will lead complex programs focused on VMware-based environments, utilizing Agile methodologies to drive VCF consumption and customer adoption across multiple workstreams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Agile program teams to deliver enterprise IT solutions aligned with business objectives
- Oversee program delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and track program performance, including risks, issues, and customer feedback
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of program management experience in IT infrastructure or cloud-based programs
- Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Agile program leadership
- Proficient with Agile project/program tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello
- PMP and/or Agile certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe) required
- Experience or familiarity with VMware technologies (e.g., VCF, vSphere, vSAN) preferred
