Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading strategic initiatives and operational priorities, the full-time remote Program Manager will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage risks, and drive project execution to meet company objectives across Member and Provider Services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance
• Manage multiple projects through the full project life cycle, including planning, resource management, and execution
• Provide leadership and communicate project status to stakeholders, including executive summaries and presentations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of project implementation, product, or program management experience
• Preferred experience in managed care or prescription benefit management
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet and Planview is a plus
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
