Program Manager

Job Summary

Serving as the single accountable point of contact for the Client Contracting Officer, the full-time remote Program Manager will lead contractor work across the WCMaaS, HSIN, and FEMA workstreams while providing overall leadership and direction for core delivery teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage contractor work and serve as the primary liaison with the Contracting Officer and COR
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and business continuity plans using industry best practices
• Oversee financial management, including budget tracking, reporting, and ensuring compliance with contract terms

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of ten years of IT project or program management experience, with at least five years managing federal IT programs
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-team web, application, or platform operations using Agile methodologies
• Experience with Time-and-Materials contracts, including budget tracking and forecasting
• Ability to prepare and present executive-level program reviews and status reports to Government customers
