Program Manager
Job Summary
Providing strategic leadership and operational oversight, the full-time Program Manager will manage large-scale enterprise application development and modernization initiatives, leading cross-functional Agile teams and ensuring alignment with Government objectives while delivering cloud-based digital transformation solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead overall program execution for enterprise application development and modernization, including Agile delivery teams and stakeholder communications
- Develop and maintain Program Management Plans, risk registers, and executive reporting packages while monitoring program performance metrics
- Coordinate cloud modernization, DevSecOps, and digital transformation initiatives, driving innovation and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience managing large-scale software development or digital transformation programs
- Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Program Manager in enterprise software development environments
- Experience leading Agile software development programs utilizing frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban
- Active PMP certification or equivalent Program Management certification
