Program Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing a portfolio of related projects, the full-time remote Program Manager will drive program strategy, manage inter-project risks, and ensure alignment with organizational goals while fostering cross-functional collaboration and continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic program leadership by overseeing governance, prioritization, and resource allocation across multiple project portfolios
• Identify synergies and interdependencies across projects, managing cross-project risks and guiding teams toward integrated solutions
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program reporting, including dashboards and status reports to provide visibility into progress and value delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field
• Project management certification or specialized training in project methodologies
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on project leadership experience across the full lifecycle
• Recent experience in health insurance/managed care or third-party administration environments
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira
