Program Manager

Job Summary

To lead the implementation of the PIVOT Solution on the Databricks platform, the remote Deputy Program Manager will manage stakeholder relationships, drive continuous innovation, and ensure operational excellence while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, translating their needs into actionable program goals
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation using Databricks, JIRA, and Confluence
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and oversee project management to ensure seamless operations and performance tracking

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, information systems, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
• Minimum of 7 years in project/program management or operations, preferably in a business operations service center environment
• Experience with Databricks, JIRA, and Confluence is highly desired
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation
• Must have lived in the United States for 3 of the last 5 years
