Program Manager

Job Summary

Serving as the single point of accountability for a Medicare Part A claims processing program, the full-time remote Program Manager will manage staffing, cost, and performance reporting while maintaining strong relationships with CMS stakeholders and overseeing program health.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for the Contracting Officer and COR regarding all task order aspects
• Oversee staffing, cost management, and performance reporting across operational and modernization workstreams
• Build and maintain relationships with CMS stakeholders and represent the company at program-level meetings

Required qualifications

• Proven program management experience on large-scale federal IT contracts
• Experience managing cost, schedule, and performance on complex multi-workstream programs
• Familiarity with CMS, Medicare, or federal health IT environments
• Experience in Agile environments, including sprint coordination and release planning
• Bachelor's degree
