Program Manager

Job Summary

To ensure a world-class experience for strategic accounts, the full-time Program Manager will oversee implementation journeys, partner with sales and engineering teams, and manage client support while working remotely or from the Boston office.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee strategic customers throughout their implementation journeys, ensuring a cohesive experience
• Project manage the setup, configuration, and testing of the AcuityMD platform for new clients
• Coordinate with internal and external resources to manage project scope and schedule changes effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in healthcare administration, science, or engineering
• 10+ years of customer-facing experience, with 5+ years leading large-scale customer implementation programs
• Strong leadership skills with a documented record of leading high-performing project teams
• Fluency in technical concepts and experience working closely with product management and engineering teams
• Previous experience in healthcare and enterprise SaaS is essential; experience in medtech or biotech is a plus
