Job Summary

To lead and oversee multi-project delivery in the Fintech sector, the full-time remote Program Manager will ensure alignment with governance, compliance, and strategic goals while establishing best practices and accountability models across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and oversee program governance structures, including compliance checkpoints and reporting models
• Drive alignment of multi-project portfolios with business strategy to ensure measurable value delivery
• Oversee and mentor project managers and cross-functional leads, promoting a culture of accountability and performance excellence

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 10+ years in Project/Program Management, with at least 5 years in banking or Fintech program delivery
• Demonstrated success in managing complex multi-project programs with regulatory requirements
• Strong knowledge and certification of program governance frameworks such as PMO models, PRINCE2, and PMI PgMP
• Deep expertise in Agile at scale and familiarity with cloud transformation and DevSecOps integration
