Job Summary

Proactive and detail-oriented, the full-time remote Program Manager will oversee multiple cross-functional projects, ensuring successful planning, coordination, and execution while driving strategic initiatives that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from inception to completion, transforming ideas into successful outcomes through strategic execution
• Monitor project progress and set ambitious deadlines to ensure timely delivery and exceed expectations
• Facilitate communication between teams and department heads to promote collaboration and clarity in project goals

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in contemporary web tools and technologies such as Zapier, Linear, and Google Docs
• Prior experience in project management or product management with a focus on problem-solving
• Strong organizational skills with a pragmatic approach to task management and prioritization
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in English, both written and verbal
