Program Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing marketing operations initiative, the remote contract Program Manager will oversee the identification of potential business partners using third-party audience data, manage vendor relationships, and ensure data quality and privacy compliance over a six-month period.

Key responsibilities

• Own the third-party audience identification program, including roadmap, milestones, and stakeholder communication
• Set strategic oversight for the use of third-party data vendors and prioritize competing internal requests
• Build and operationalize a scalable process for identifying potential business partners while managing cross-functional dependencies

Required qualifications

• Senior program or operations management experience with ownership of cross-functional programs
• Strong data fluency, including experience with data enrichment, matching, and quality assurance
• Demonstrated vendor management experience with commercial relationships and contracting exposure
• Experience in environments focused on data privacy and consent management
• Ability to influence product and technical partners and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
